Terms & Conditions — 7000bt

To register and use the 7000bt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+ Only
• You are a natural person and are acting solely on your own behalf.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of a 7000bt employee.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 7000bt account.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

7000bt reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 7000bt Platform. If we discover that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify 7000bt support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• 7000bt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

7000bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

All financial transactions on 7000bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your 7000bt account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for mobile banking methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in your account settings.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All payment accounts used for deposits on 7000bt must be registered in your own name and verified before withdrawal requests are processed.
• 7000bt reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

7000bt offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and cricket-specific free bet promotions. All promotions are governed by the specific terms attached to each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin or per-event restrictions are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonus terms will never be changed retroactively after a player has claimed an offer. Terms in force at the time of opt-in remain binding for that specific promotion cycle.
• If a player makes a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the 7000bt Platform, whether on sports events (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20, and international fixtures) or casino games (including live tables, slots, and crash games such as Aviator):

• All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your main wallet balance at the time of placement. Bets placed on credit are not permitted.
• Once a sports bet has been confirmed and the event has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available and activated by the player.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. Subsequent odds movement does not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All outcomes are independently random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.
• A bet placed in error by the player — including incorrect stake amount or selection — cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are advised to review their bet slip carefully before confirming.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7000bt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).

Nothing in this clause shall limit 7000bt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to our senior support team, who will conduct a full review within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Review: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, 7000bt will provide a final written decision. This decision represents the Platform's definitive position on the matter.

Nothing in this clause prevents a player from pursuing remedies available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
